CRC offers a unique way of die cutting this material with rotary ultrasonic equipment that cuts and seal the edges so that the part does not fray after the cutting process. If two layers or more layers of material are cut simultaneously, they will be bonded in the process.

Ultrasonic cutting and sealing is not new, but CRC has taken it a step farther to where shapes can be cut and sealed in a continuous process. This translates into higher production capacity and better turn around.
